Grade 2 phones are in nearly new condition. They generally have minor marks or scratches on them that are only visible on close inspection of the phone, and they are in good functioning order. Generally the phone is still in its original packaging, however there may be some damage to the box and where the original packaging was in very poor condition it will be replaced with a white box.
