The Harman Kardon Enchant 800 is a compact, 8-channel all-in-one soundbar that delivers immersive 5.1 surround sound using proprietary MultiBeam™ technology, eliminating the need for external speakers or a subwoofer. It features Automatic MultiBeam Calibration (AMC) to optimize sound for your room, along with built-in Google Chromecast, Bluetooth, and 4K HDMI/ARC connectivity.

  • MultiBeam™ Surround Sound: Side-firing drivers reflect sound off walls to create a spacious, 5.1 surround field without rear speakers.
  • Automatic Calibration: Built-in microphone with AMC adapts the audio output to the specific acoustics of your room.
  • All-in-One Design: Features six 2-inch woofers and two 1-inch tweeters, providing decent bass for a standalone unit; an optional wireless subwoofer can be added.
  • Connectivity: Includes HDMI input and HDMI Output (ARC) with HDCP 2.2, plus Bluetooth 4.2 and Wi-Fi/Chromecast.
  • Streaming & Control: Built-in Google Chromecast allows streaming from over 200 services. It supports TV remote compatibility and can be used for voice control with a Google Home device.

Talk is Cheap 12 Month Warranty Declaration

All "New", "Grade 1" and "Grade 2" devices have been sold with the understanding that it is a nearly new/used item. These phones carry a 12 month limited warranty from the date of purchase, which is is only redeemable through Entelar Ltd. You must retain your receipt as proof of purchase. 

This limited warranty only covers product issues caused by defects in material or workmanship during ordinary consumer use; it does not cover product issues caused by any other reason, including but not limited to product issues due to commercial use, acts of God, misuse, limitations of technology or modification of or to any part of the product. 

Claiming Warranty Repair

If your product fails to function or does not meet the manufacturers specifications within the 12 month warranty period, please see below for your options. Make sure you have your receipt/proof of purchase available.

All faulty items will be booked in for assessment by our service department. Before booking in we require a deposit of $55 or $85 depending on the phone model. This deposit will be refunded in full should the fault be validated a warranty issue. 

If an item has been deemed non-warranty or the warranty has been voided for any reason, we will contact you to advise of any costs and to determine if you wish to go ahead with the repair. The deposit will be kept as an assessment fee or part payment towards the cost of repairing the phone. 

Please note that the warranty does not cover ANY malfunctions caused by physical damage or liquid/moisture ingress.
