We have classified our stock into various levels of quality, ranging from 'new' to 'refurbished'.
Here is a quick guide as to what each of those categories mean:
New - Brand new products in original manufacturer packaging unless otherwise stated. Packaging may have shop soiled imperfections, such as boxes with dust, scratches, dents, tears etc.
Grade 1 - Products are in perfect condition, just like new with no marks or scratches. These have been opened and potentially have had some use. They may have shop soiled imperfections on packaging, such as boxes with dust, scratches, dents, tears etc. and/or come in plain white box.
Grade 2 - Products with some marks or scratches on housing or screen. These have had some use, some of them may be reconditioned or software updated. They may have shop soiled imperfections on packaging, such as boxes with dust, scratches, dents, tears etc. and/or come in a plain white box.
