Auto On/Off Anti-Loss Alarm

The helmet will turn off automatically when the helmet is disconnected with phone and keep quiescence for 15 minutes. The helmet will automatically turn on when it moves.

When the helmet is connected with phone and the distance between helmet and phone exceeds 15 meters, both of helmet and phone will alarm to remind users.

SOS Alert

Immediate notification of your accident to your family is exceptionally important.

Talk is Cheap 12 Month Warranty Declaration

All "New", "Grade 1" and "Grade 2" devices have been sold with the understanding that it is a nearly new/used item. These phones carry a 12 month limited warranty from the date of purchase, which is is only redeemable through Entelar Ltd. You must retain your receipt as proof of purchase. 

This limited warranty only covers product issues caused by defects in material or workmanship during ordinary consumer use; it does not cover product issues caused by any other reason, including but not limited to product issues due to commercial use, acts of God, misuse, limitations of technology or modification of or to any part of the product. 

Claiming Warranty Repair

If your product fails to function or does not meet the manufacturers specifications within the 12 month warranty period, please see below for your options. Make sure you have your receipt/proof of purchase available.

All faulty items will be booked in for assessment by our service department. Before booking in we require a deposit of $55 or $85 depending on the phone model. This deposit will be refunded in full should the fault be validated a warranty issue. 

If an item has been deemed non-warranty or the warranty has been voided for any reason, we will contact you to advise of any costs and to determine if you wish to go ahead with the repair. The deposit will be kept as an assessment fee or part payment towards the cost of repairing the phone. 

Please note that the warranty does not cover ANY malfunctions caused by physical damage or liquid/moisture ingress.
